Mumbai Airport developers seek UDF

Mumbai Airport International Ltd (MIAL), a joint-venture between GVK group and AAI is currently implementing a modernization programme at Mumbai airport at a cost of Rs.98000 million. Citing a funding gap of Rs.20,000 million the company has requested the government to levy a UDF akin to Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore. It had requested Rs.350 for domestic passengers and Rs.1300 for international passengers.
