Kolkotta Airport

Kolkatta airport is implementing a new and advanced instrument landing system(ILS) from US based firm – Thales at Rs.88 lakh. This is an advanced CAT-2 system, considered as maintenance free. This system is also upgradable to CAT-3 system in future. The existing system is likely to be transferred to Srinagar Airport.
